Problem :
Managing employee attendance across multiple locations and time zones is complex and error-prone. Organizations lack real-time visibility into employee status, working hours, breaks, and overtime, making attendance tracking inconsistent and difficult to manage at scale.



Solution :
A global, time zone–aware check-in/check-out application that accurately records employee working hours, breaks, overtime, and undertime in real time. The system provides managers with a live view of employee status and location, along with intuitive tools to review, edit, and approve attendance records. This reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and ensures scalable, transparent attendance management for distributed teams.






Challenge :
Managing attendance for a global workforce presents several challenges, including handling clock-ins from different locations and time zones, managing early or unscheduled check-ins, and accurately differentiating paid breaks and unpaid lunches. Employees may miss clock-ins or require corrections, while managers need to identify discrepancies between scheduled and actual working hours. Additionally, administrators require real-time visibility into employee statuses and the ability to search, review, and export attendance data across the organization efficiently.
